[Shamballa − the first door to the first ray] department of the Manu; Hierarchy − the second door to the second ray department of the World Teacher; and third ray, Humanity − the door to the Lord Maha Chohan and the White Tara.

I am the Avatar of Synthesis. I speak through the man on the mountain. I am through the Maitreya, the heart. I live through the White Tara. I know through the White Tara. I Am through the Lord Maitreya, and I speak through Michael, the man on the mountain. 

For ten years, We have worked on the three doors to open. We have completed Our work. Tonight We shall show the three doors, the three centres of the world: Humanity, Hierarchy, Shamballa.

What you feel now in this room is the force that is Mine, synthesising the three world centres, all religions, all people, 
all philosophies into one.

The Avatar of Synthesis is My name. I invoke the freedom of you through the three doors. 

The Way of the Heart − into the lighted way, the lighted way to the Way of the Heart 

Lord Jupiter I Am, more ancient than time itself but not ancient − too ancient − to stand amongst you tonight. I shall lead you unto this door, through the White Tara, unto the door of the Maitreya, unto the door of the Lord of Shamballa. It happens on Sunday at the service.

In 1977, the door to Shamballa opened. Michael is one of the entrances to Shamballa − and, of course, the Lord of the World and the Manu, the head of the department of the first Ray.

Some years later, nearly 5 years later, about 1981-82, the door opened to the Hierarchy, to Maitreya especially and with Him, Lord Jesus and Kuthumi.

When I say these doors opened, I mean these doors opened not only to initiates but also to disciples and higher aspirants. Recently, in 1987, the door opened to the White Tara, humanity.

The Maha Chohan is the Master of the Holy Spirit. White Tara is the mother energy utilising one name, White Tara, which is the Buddha Mother.

There is the question here: 'What is the difference between Mother Christ, Holy Spirit and White Tara?'

The difference is they are three aspects of Mother God. Mother Christ is second ray; White Tara is third (even if She is also second at times, second ray); and Lady of Shamballa is the first ray aspect.

Mother God on this Earth has three aspects: Lady of Shamballa, first ray; Mother Christ, second ray; White Tara, third ray or Holy Spirit.

The door was opened − the path was opened from Shamballa to the second ray department, Hierarchy, down to humanity, down here. What has happened now is that the work is over and done with from the Hierarchy and Shamballa. Now humanity can walk through the White Tara − She’s the door and She’s called ‘The Way of the Heart’.

This way or this road, this path, has been established by Michael the Archangel. We have the White Tara − the being called White Tara − the third ray aspect of Mother God, walks − has created a path up to the heart of Maitreya, into the heart of Maitreya and here the heart way becomes the lighted way, the way of knowledge.

These doors have opened the possibility for millions of souls to enter into the second ray, the Heart of Maitreya, and from Him, into Shamballa. 

Now this is something that has never happened before on Earth. We have had on Earth other initiates from Shamballa, first ray initiates working on the planet. We’ve had second ray initiates and third ray initiates; from the third ray we have all the other rays from three to seven.

Now what we see here is that a path has been opened − a pathway − so that people can come to the Hierarchy who have never been able to attract Their attention or been able to feel Their presence before.

Why this has happened is because the Hierarchy have come down to the astral levels of Earth. The Hierarchy only existed on the mental levels. The Hierarchy − They existed also on the other levels but They didn’t work on the astral. This pathway here has created an astral way to the Hierarchy. We have already had an etheric way for a long time but only those who were initiates could walk that way.

Now because of what has happened − it has taken ten years from 1977 to 1987 − we now will be able to help many, many people into the initiatory system of the Earth. Before, we only had a couple of hundred walking through the ‘eye of the needle’. We now will get millions.

In the New Age which is lasting 2,500 years, we shall see millions enter into the Hierarchic initiations and it’s totally new.

Many people have not understood that the White Tara is Mother God − that’s an energy. And the White Tara (the opposite, you can call it, of the Lillith power, the negative mother energy) descends into different women, initiates and Masters, and uses these female initiates and Masters so that They become the embodiment of the Mother of God energy. The Lady Mary was the last one but many women have had this energy descending into them. It’s just that they have never embodied it totally.

To be the total embodiment is very difficult. The Lady Mary has utilised thousands of females, aspirants and disciples, on this Earth but She has not totally descended into one of them and utilised them.

I have been given a very long, long question by one of you here concerning the initiatory system.

The initiatory system that we have on this Earth is something that the Lord Sanat Kumara, the Lord of the World, brought down to this Earth seventeen million years ago. It is only Earth and Venus who share that initiatory system.

You can be initiated on other planets but not in the same way.

Venus is the soul of Earth and so the more we get into contact with Venus on Earth, the more soul we get into contact with on this planet. 

If we look here, this gateway − these three very major gateways − will open up to much deeper and more wonderful cooperation with the deva kingdom and the extra-terrestrials, the space beings, so that where these have mainly been existing and working on these levels, they are coming down to the etheric level.

These gateways have never existed before and that means that we will get into contact with beings that we have not known existed. People will not only get into contact with the Hierarchy of Earth but they will also get into contact with Hierarchies on other planets.

Now what do we see here about the initiatory system? We see that every human being incarnating on this Earth has to work themselves into the same initiations. Whoever they were before coming to Earth, they have to start from a kind of beginning and some will do it quicker, some will do it slower.

Now what we see here is that this doorway here created now will make it go quicker than ever before to receive the first and second initiations. It was nearly impossible to get these initiations. It has taken people many millions of years to obtain them. This creation of that door will make it easier for people. Still they will be difficult but it will make it easier, meaning that you perhaps could get there in some thousands of years where it took millions of years earlier.

The initiatory system on this Earth goes − as I have said before, especially in the Course of Healing − they go from the first initiation to the ninth where only the Lord of the World is a ninth initiate. Maitreya is an eighth initiate now as well as the Lord Gautama, and the Manu here is on the seventh − between the seventh and eighth. Michael the archangel is a very high – I would put Him to be between seven and eight in that being, in that body. Jesus, seventh; Kuthumi, seventh; Manu between seven and eight; Maha Chohan between seven and eight at the moment.

The lighted way, the way of knowledge, can be walked upon and is walked upon already as an aspirant. Then you walk upon the way of knowledge and then you acquire energy and energy makes you dream of power, unlimited power. You then add power and knowledge and you become unbearable because you become negative. Then you are becoming unbearable for so and so many lifetimes, then you add the heart and everything is done with. You are neutralised, redeemed and you become a Master of Wisdom.

The devas who incarnate on Earth will also have to go through the human initiatory system, even though devas have their own initiatory system not equivalent to anything we know of. I would also like to say that due to old laws, rules and regulations, one has been able to become a Master in older days where one could not become today.

There's one thing I have said earlier but some of you have never heard this. In Lemurian times, when you received the first initiation, you were sort of a Master of Wisdom. When you on Atlantis received the second, you were very ‘Masterly’. Now you’ve got to receive the fifth in order to be a Master of Wisdom.

See, some of us who have lived on this Earth for many, many lifetimes, have already become Masters of the Hierarchy going through certain initiations but to be − you can either stay on the inner levels after that or incarnate on other planets but that is up to the Hierarchy to decide. If you return to Earth, you have to start from a sort of beginning. When you become a higher Master, between the fifth and seventh initiation, then you incarnate on this Earth and you have your total consciousness mostly – of who you are.

One can be a Shamballa Master and not be a Master of the second ray or the third ray. If one wants to become a great Master on this Earth, a very great Christ or Buddha, one has to be a Master of all the seven rays before you can become that, meaning you have to master the rays − seven different rays. That’s why it takes so long. That is if the Hierarchy wants you to remain on Earth becoming a great Master. That is why the road and the way is so long.

Yes − I wanted to give you this knowledge today for you to understand what we work for in Shan the Rising Light *.
 
'Could you please explain the nature and meaning of Christ’s descent into Earth following crucifixion and His reappearance as ‘rising’ at this time. What bodies/energy was involved? Is it totally symbolic? Has He actually remained on Earth?' 

I have today explained to a good peer/trainee of mine, that the Lord Maitreya, Who has lived on this Earth for millions of years, on the 31st of December 1986 became the Rising Light of Earth, the Risen Christ.

He has of course become the Risen Christ earlier on the inner levels but it became a more earthly factor on that night. See, where is the rising light coming from? It comes from within the Earth. It rises − He rises − like this, up and because the light is so strong, it spreads all over the planet. How does He spread His light - through the White Tara.

In order for Lord Maitreya to reach humanity, He has to go via the door of the Mother otherwise He reaches again only the higher souls on Earth and, of course, other planets and stars. The White Tara is the vehicle through which He works, for the Earth, Shan, is the Mother body. 

Shan is the Mother, Mother Earth. Who is the Mother? That is the Mother of God or the Mother God I would rather say − Mother God. Now, the Rising Light is the Lord Maitreya. He merged with the Mother on that night. They became the Risen Christ through the Mother. That is much stronger than being the Risen Christ alone.

The Father is not into the picture at the moment for the Father is the Michael power. The Michael power is the protecting circle around the Rising Light. There is a protective circle around the Earth now − that’s Michael. Michael protects Christ and the Mother so that They can work in peace. The Mother is utilising the body of Earth and also what is termed the 'archetype’ of Earth and out comes the Rising Light through the Mother. And the Rising Light redeems, enlightens all who live on the Earth − also the Earth itself.

The Earth itself is a living body. It will reach a high initiation through this merging of the Risen Christ and the Mother, as well as people on this Earth will be given heightened awareness.

The Lord Maitreya has always appeared through His chosen disciples but not known as the Lord Maitreya. Through Jesus, it was Jesus Who became known. Now it is His turn to become known Himself. The world citizens – and we are some of them − will be made to understand that the Lord Maitreya is the spiritual head of the Hierarchy and He has appeared on Earth − reappeared amongst man. He appeared through the Mother, the White Tara and He also appears through other disciples but in another form, not through the Mother force but through the Son force or the Father force.

The Lord Maitreya is the Avatar of the Heart. He is the Avatar of the Heart.

We have something called the Avatar of Synthesis. The Avatar of Synthesis is an enormous being Who has never been human and He’s never likely to be either. His lowest abode on Earth is the mental level.

The Avatar of Synthesis − we were told through the Lord DK that the Avatar of Synthesis would start to work through the Christ but not when. He started to work through the Christ on the 24th December 1986. The Avatar of Synthesis is a first ray being but He can also manifest through Maitreya and the White Tara.

The Avatar of Synthesis manifests through Michael or the Manu or Lord of the World. He manifests through Maitreya and through the White Tara, the female aspect – or the masculine aspect, Maha Chohan, and the female aspect as Mother Christ and Lady of Shamballa, Lady of the World.

The Avatar of Synthesis can now get through to humanity from all the three doors. 

When the Avatar of Synthesis appeared on Earth, the New Age certainly took its very strong beginning. It had already begun earlier but now we are in the time of change. The Avatar of Synthesis is a first ray being. What does the first ray stand for – it stands for destruction and building up. Change – changing all decay and negativity to positive matter.

The Avatar of Synthesis cannot be limited only to the Christ here. Michael is also called a Christ, a Christed archangel. The Maha Chohan is also a Christed being. Every being of the seventh initiation is a Christ.

There is one World Teacher heading the office 'The Spiritual Head of the Hierarchy' but there are many Christs at the moment on this Earth. And these Christs – the Manu is a Christ, Michael is a Christ, Maitreya is Christ Buddha, Maha Chohan is Christ – because They have reached this elevated state of awareness/initiation.

When the Lord DK said that the Avatar of Synthesis would utilise the Christ, He never told us that the Avatar of Synthesis would use all the three departments, all the Christs in the three departments and Their chosen vehicles. The Avatar of Synthesis comes through the chosen vehicles of these Masters. 

I have been told that there are altogether twenty − some are children today and are not in use at the moment. There are twenty chosen vehicles on Earth used by the Avatar of Synthesis, through the Principle of Christ, to change the Earth from what it has been for millions of years into what you can never understand: the Kingdom of God.

It is a long process but it’s a strong process that we’re seeing now because the moment the Avatar of Synthesis appeared on Earth, the process was speeded up so that you can now live for the rest of your life as if you’ve lived five incarnations. You can be redeemed, enlightened, neutralised of karma now because of that power − could never before because the power for transformation was not strong enough in the world.

These Masters were not allowed to interfere – They never are – but after the Avatar of Synthesis was invited in because man’s cry for help became so great that He was allowed to interfere, we shall see enormous changes all over Earth.

The Rising Light, the Lord Maitreya, is not a phenomenon. It is a living being. He is not a symbol although He is symbolic in certain ways that He stands for the lighted way and the path of the Heart for all beings to walk. But one thing we have to understand: the Lord Maitreya has come revealing Himself to be the Head of the Hierarchy and, when He has done His job, He will come down as Maitreya Buddha.

He is working as the Risen Christ for a certain period of time. Then He will appear – He will take full embodiment Himself and come down and take the Buddha degree in the flesh and that is why we are in an interval between the Risen Christ and the Buddha of the same being, and we are walking in between these energies.

We are living, working and breathing in between two energies, that of the Risen Christ - a beautiful, uplifting and holy energy of very much Holy Spirit is involved - [and] the Buddha, and the Buddha is gold. Redemption – enlightenment; redemption and enlightenment. Because we walk in between these two great forces, they can be ours.

Redemption and enlightenment: what do they give? This is mathematics – they give (equals) transformation, transfiguration. Transmutation is up here in those two. Transmutation – and transmutation is lying up here. [Ananda is writing on the whiteboard.]

You are overshadowed and worked over by these two energies, the Risen Christ and the Buddha, you will be transformed and transfigured.

Why the Lord Maitreya has chosen me as one of the twenty vehicles is something people cannot understand on this Earth. I have been trained to do that ever since I came down here millions upon millions of years ago. It is not a training that you take on because you want it or because it’s given to you or you just say ‘well that’s what I want, I want to channel the Lord Maitreya, I’m going to do it immediately tomorrow.’ It can’t be done that way. It can only be done by millions of years of training. 

That is why I noticed you today – I have wonderful news for you today. We have had Open House here for so many months. We’ve been visited by good people but they all disappeared when I, on the 15th of October, channelled the Lord Maitreya in person. Completely overshadowed, if you remember that night. Perhaps you don’t – well the whole room was just the Lord Maitreya. Couldn’t take it. 

If you look at you now, why can you take it? Young – you’re all young, you’re not indoctrinated, dogmatic, indoctrinated in any philosophy. You are open minded and open hearted. You will manage.

It is so new what we’re talking about that no-one on this Earth knows about this except myself. That’s how new it is. What I give you here tonight is knowledge you can’t get anywhere else on this Earth.

So what is it that we are experiencing in this country today – we are experiencing something we cannot explain in words but the presence, the mighty presence of beings that have not been able to contact humanity. However much They wanted, have not been able to contact humanity at all. Time was not ready.  

Where do the devas come into all this? Where do the devas come in? If we look into a human being, into the original human being – what you have been before you became human − you were all devas. You were energy forms. Now, but not typical devas because you have been here so long that you’ve lost your ‘typicalness’ and become human.   And that is not a compliment I’m giving you here – it’s a sad, sad, distressing fact that you’ve lost your deva – beautiful deva nature. You will regain it.

What is the angelic host? This is another question: 'What is the angelic host?' 

It’s the deva kingdom. The 'angelic host' is the Christian terminology for the deva kingdom. If you remember ‘host’ in the Catholic Church, it is the most sacred body of Christ. ‘Host’ is a beautiful word. It is ‘life’ – the angelic life – the deva kingdom.

You have all been angels once – not all elevated angels but you’ve started from somewhere as an energy form and devas are an energy form which is not human − of a certain vibration. And you have all been devas once but some of you have come down recently and some of you have been here for so long. 

What is the ascended host? I’ve got another part of the same question. 'What is the ascended host?'

The 'ascended host' means ascended beings and Masters. As I’ve explained before, not the same thing at all. An ascended being and an ascended Master are not the same thing. You can be an ascended being as a disciple but you can only be an ascended Master when you are a Master. The latest news is that you can become an ascended being and continue to incarnate on Earth. That’s what we are going to see in the New Age.

That means that all the dross, your astral dross, has been neutralised after death in temples on the inner levels and you can continue to incarnate as purified, saintly people. Before, ascended beings remained on the inner levels. There was no use for them on Earth. Earth could not utilise their message, their energy, their knowledge, their total being of love, understanding but people can now because people have been prepared over 2,000 years of enormous sufferings, not to mention what happened before. But the last 2,000 years have offered much suffering so mankind is ready to be taught by ascended beings and Masters walking on Earth.

When you become an ascended Master, then you would rarely incarnate. You can incarnate but you would rarely do because you would belong to the work done of the Hierarchy or Shamballa on the inner levels. 

What Shan the Rising Light strives to do is to make you ascend. The Hierarchy wants a certain number of souls to ascend in the near future. That means that if you work with our therapy system and healing system which has been given to me by the Hierarchy for your transformation and you work with the meditation system, They have promised that your inner bodies will be ready for ascension - after this incarnation or the next − your astral body.

When you come down here you’ll have to deal with the mental body and when you are perhaps ready to ascend totally, become a Master. That is a very difficult process.

What They’re promising is that you will ascend astrally – astrally. You will not be resurrected, that’s an ascended Master, but your astral body full of dross, hatred, fear will be neutralised of darkness and become light. From that moment, you can incarnate on this Earth without fear, hatred or darkness.

Again still – because you are not an ascended Master – you can still make mistakes, for the mental body may not have ascended and so you can make mistakes, but then you will walk towards mental ascension and you won’t make many more mistakes and shortly after that, become an ascended Master.

You may think that an astral body that is totally darkened by dross is an easy thing to control and to master – to neutralise – you are wrong because that astral body with the etheric body of the physical even in a darker and more dirty constitution, cannot be controlled nor purified because you want it.

You may think that because you want it, it’s done. Well it takes a little bit more effort than that. It takes working with energy of a certain vibration. I have explained often in order to cleanse an etheric body, you have to use the vibration of the higher body than the etheric – that’s the astral. And that alone is still not – see it’s still not strong enough to handle the dirt because the astral body is water. The astral body is water energy. Water energy is soothing but it’s not a cleanser.

The mental body is fire. You cannot be transmuted nor transformed nor transfigured without the mental body fire and the soul fire. The first fire we teach you to use is that in the Basic Exercise, working with flames. When you have learned to work with flames, you are ready for soul fire. It’s your soul that decides when you are ready.

Soul fire transfigures and mental fire transmutes and transforms. Even some of the astral energy transmutes. The transmutation process is here if you work with a certain frequency that I’m going to work with at the service on Sunday − a certain frequency of purified moon that is a very highly potent transmutation.

Transformation lies down here with transformation and transmutation.

Without you being able to invoke mental fire, you will never get anywhere on this Earth. You will just remain looking as you’ve looked all the time. That is what people don’t understand when they meditate on light and colour and Buddha this and Buddha that; they will not understand – they’re not clairvoyant (they’re not meant to understand either) − they don’t get anywhere.    

What can happen is a certain illumination of mind. I’ve seen what they look like. They may have a certain illumination of mind − the astral body and the etheric still look the same. I have met mentally illumined people who look as charcoal everywhere else. There was a little bit of mind light.

You look the same. Before you start on these processes, you look dirt – pure dirt. The moment you undergo the meditation system and the therapy system, you start to transmute and transform yourselves – what we do at the service as well.

Who are helping us in this process − the angelic host and the ascended host. Without the angelic host and the ascended host, we can’t do anything on this Earth. We’re helpless. The moment you ask for transmutation and you do the right exercises and meditation and unselfish service, the angelic host and the ascended host help. The moment you do nothing, they do not help. See they’re not allowed to interfere unless you ask them to do so. You don’t have to ‘wordly’ ask them to do so, the only thing you have to do is to start in the right meditation system or unselfish service of a certain level of Earth healing. Then you have asked them to enter into your lives and transform you.

Before tea break, I would like to explain that you are not meant to understand what I am saying here tonight. You cannot understand what I am saying. You cannot understand there is something called fire and fire, water and water, earth and earth. You think it’s all the same but it isn’t – for that you have to know a little bit of chemistry.

There is water and water. There is negative, heavy water and light, holy water. It goes for all the other bodies − the mental bodies. You have to understand in order to cleanse yourself, to eat the right diet will not be sufficient. You can eat the right diet from now on until a hundred years hence but if you don’t work with energies of a certain frequency, you will still look more or less the same as you did before. The only difference will be a little bit clearer and happier etheric body.

We, in Shan the Rising Light, are trying to cleanse you of hundreds of thousands of lives of bad actions, feelings and thoughts. It can only be done when you admit the greatest Masters into your presence. The deva kingdom cannot do it alone. You’ve got to have the archangelic host helping out. The Hierarchy alone is not enough – you’ve got to go to the highest beings there.  They’re the only ones who have that power.

So what I am explaining to you here is that we are working, in Shan the Rising Light, with the higher astral energy – the holy light. We are working with holy fire and pure Spirit. That is very potent ingredients. And where do you find all this – in the grail.

In the grail − the ‘grail’ is the key word of the New Age. The grail can be explained in many ways. The Grail of Man is within the heart. The Grail of Christ is around the heart and so and so.  

We have holy light, the energy Jesus worked with, the Holy Spirit, that healed everyone and everything miraculously, if karmically destined. 

We have holy fire, also called sacred fire and the most strong and potent light of all, pure Spirit. 

In the services you’ve been given every one of them to such an extent that you’ve been dizzy, malfunctioning for the first days of the week, nauseated, headache, pressure, heart beating out of control, blood pressure up down, up down – but what is the end result? 

Eternal life, life eternal, immortality − you are undergoing the process of immortality. Soon you will no longer die ordinary deaths in pain, in vain (for once Master has humour) but you will slip out of your body consciously when time is ready, take up your other garment and be happily released and incarnate consciously. That is immortal life.

What do you think immortality means? It means when you incarnate, you are the Spirit and soul. You know everything about yourself and your past, your present and your future. You are conscious. You are no longer a half-dead, half in pain, suffering individual. You know and knowledge has become wisdom through the love of the heart.

‘Life eternal’ does not only mean that the soul and Spirit survive. It means that the soul and Spirit incarnate consciously in the body. It’s worth it. It’s worth the try of continuing with this process whatever you feel of terrible things in between because, as I have said earlier, there’s no other way anyway. Sooner or later you’ve got to do it.

If you have courage – and you have; strength – and you have; and you have the desire for life eternal, you have the chance now.
