The Karma Decrees are used as part of the Heart Flow Worldwide program for karma release. 
The first decree raises the vibration of the physical brain, connecting the mind with the brain.
The second and third decrees are self explanatory.
 
These decrees can be used to begin with from five minutes per day and with practice, for as long as needed.
